Production Trainer – Fabrication responsible for teaching and guiding new hires during their training period to ensure successful comprehension of production skills. Trainers are the primary example of appropriate behavior, attitude, and respect for others, using a continuous improvement mentality, and embody Creekstone proud culture.

• Ensure company standards and policies are taught and maintained to support company goals.
• Promote and embody a Creekstone Proud mindset.
• Provide clear explanations of product specifications and expectations to new hires.
• Track and evaluate progress of new hires toward qualification.
• Make recommendations to Operations, HR, and others regarding training needs, progress, and concerns.
• Ensure all safety policies and expectations are met, including PPE usage.
• Facilitate a positive overall experience for new hires during their qualification period.
• Develop and promote positive working relationships with Operations, QA, and all others.
• Accurately maintain required training documents and records.
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and clean work environment by taking initiative and serving as an example.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Beef fabrication experience required.
• Previous training experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to teach, coach and develop others into better employees.
• Ability to build professional relationships and influence others.
• Ability to work in a cold manufacturing environment, wearing appropriate PPE.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to present ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well‑thought‑out, positive, and professional manner.
• Ability to foster an atmosphere of teamwork and respect.
• Able to work productively and independently.
• Leadership skills, including conflict resolution, encouraging others and inspiring good work.
• Ability to take direction humbly and collaborate to define and pursue team goals.
• Positive outlook and initiative in problem solving.
