Supervise shifts and/or work areas in the operation of an Independent Domino’s Franchisee’s (“IDF”) restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered and restaurant profitability. Manage operations, execute all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.

• Supervise a restaurant team, maintain adequate shift staffing levels according to projected sales, properly train team members to exceed customer expectations, ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards, and coach for improved performance.
• Ensure team is quality and customer-focused and build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.
• Safely interact with customers at their homes, receive and process telephone orders, handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
• Execute credit transactions, make bank deposits, respond promptly to all customer concerns or issues, solicit feedback, share feedback with team, and use feedback to improve restaurant operations and build brand loyalty.
• Communicate, train and promote quality standards to team members using all available tools.
• Perform cash management duties, assist in management of inventory levels to minimize loss.
• Operate and clean all equipment and facility daily, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and prepare product.
• Drive deliveries in a designated area, working nights, weekends, and emergencies as needed.

Standing, walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying items up to 30 pounds, pushing and pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladder, stooping, bending, crouching, reaching up to 72 inches, using eye‑hand coordination. Must be able to drive a vehicle and have a valid driver's license.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Driver’s license valid under the laws of the state where team member works, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and satisfactory vehicle.
• Ability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and emergencies.
• Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision.
• Ability to work with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers.
• Bilingual in certain situations (optional).
