Warehouse Associate (Forklift Driver) | 2nd Shift | Kan Pak | Arkansas City, KS

We are seeking an energetic, skilled Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator in Arkansas City, KS. SHIFT: 2nd Shift - 2pm-10pm. We operate 24/7; this opportunity requires flexibility to work weekends and overtime.

• Under the direction of the warehouse supervisor, continuously picks, lifts, carries and places product into a pallet to accurately build customer orders in various temperature environments. Move product into a trailer or storage unit, and visually inspect incoming and outgoing warehouse products to determine acceptability for shipment and/or receiving of product.
• Read labels and/or printing on product containers and associated documents.
• Count and calculate quantity of product to verify accuracy of shipment.
• Meet company safety, accuracy and productivity standards.
• Operate forklift (sit-down and stand-up) and pallet jack in an accident-free manner; use full range of peripheral vision while driving.
• Clean work area using brooms, mops and other cleaning materials.
• Complete any other functions that may be assigned.
• Read labels and associated documents and perform counting and math as required.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing product.

• High School / GED required
• 1-2 years’ experience or equivalent employment preferred
• Specialized forklift operation training (6 months to 1 year experience)
