Lead - Warehouse

Cencora seeks a Lead - Warehouse professional for a full-time role in Edwardsville, Kansas. The position involves managing inbound and outbound warehouse operations, inventory reconciliation, shipment preparation, and documentation to support accurate product movement and order fulfillment.

• Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities for accurate product movement
• Prepare shipments, packaging, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and timelines
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and transaction variances to maintain inventory integrity
• Monitor stock levels and storage conditions to identify replenishment needs and risks
• Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions for visibility

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 3+ years warehouse support, distribution operations, or inventory control experience
• Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes
• Proficiency with inventory control principles and stock reconciliation
• Ability to investigate and resolve routine and moderately complex operational issues
• Clear communication skills with internal stakeholders on operational matters
• Associate's degree in supply chain, logistics, or operations preferred

Compensation: Up to $23.55 per hour
