Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Operate a virtual, customer-facing role using video communication software.

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language.
• Document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax knowledge, active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills and confident, professional customer interaction via video and audio tools.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
