Position: ADMIN ASSISTANT II - WALDO, AR

The salary range for this position is $42,225.00 - $70,375.00. Actual compensation will vary based on location, experience and performance.

General Office/Mill Support
  • Manage incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence
  • Enter and reconcile logging tickets and load sheets
  • Prepare weekly settlements for loggers
  • Support all mill departments and leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal record retention policies
  • Oversee office supplies
  • Organize mill events (meetings, trainings, etc.)
  • Handle mail distribution and mass mailings
  • Maintain professional competence and ethical standards
Human Resource Support
  • Maintain confidential HR files (personnel, benefits, medical, payroll)
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee support
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and pre-employment processes
  • Provide backup for HR Manager
  • Assist with meeting preparation
Accounting & Reporting
  • Prepare and distribute daily production reports
  • Enter data and process paperwork accurately and promptly
  • Compile monthly statistics and support accounting
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Associate degree in office administration, business, human resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years clerical experience in general business administration preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in operation of all office equipment such as personal computer, copier, fax machine, scanner and basic office support software.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be highly organized, able to multi-task, and be able to prioritize a heavy workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
