The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Receptionist is responsible for general office duties in a 24‑hour part‑time position.

• Bachelor’s degree; preferred a minimum of three years experience in a health care facility.
• General office and phone skills with excellent organization and written communication.
• Legible handwriting and computer skills necessary.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Handling confidential information with a pleasant attitude at all times.
• Application of common sense to instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Basic math skills: add and subtract two‑digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
