As a Master Automotive Technician, you will:

• Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
• Continuously expand your skills across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to quickly troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns.
• Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and maximize tech hours.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department and fellow technicians.
• Work together to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Master L1 Technician or A-level Tech preferred.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

This role requires:

• Occasional lifting/moving of over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Comfort working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walking/standing for the majority of your workday.
• Driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficiency in navigating a computer.
