• Assist in planning and designing business processes to support organizational goals
• Analyze and document client's business requirements and processes, communicating these to technical personnel
• Create basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are integrated into system design
• Participate in meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions
• Execute systems tests and analyze test results to ensure project objectives are met

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three years of business analysis experience
• Experience with the interface of information technology and functional groups within an organization
• Proficiency in business processes and re-engineering
• Familiarity with computer programming concepts and basic languages

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Presentation skills to effectively communicate with management and customers
• Willingness to travel as needed
