Construction Laborer

Overview

Seeking a reliable, hard-working Construction Laborer with proven construction experience to join our metal fabrication and construction team. This role involves assisting with fabrication projects, concrete work, material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation. You will work both in our fabrication shop and on active construction sites, performing hands-on labor that keeps projects moving safely and efficiently.

• Assist fabricators/construction crews with material handling and fitting
• Sand, grind, clean, and paint metal surfaces
• Site preparation, demolition, excavation, and debris removal as needed
• Load, transport, and organize materials
• Maintain clean, safe work areas in shop and on-site
• Operate basic hand and power tools

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year construction experience
• Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50lbs regularly, and perform bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and visual acuity
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to complete tasks independently
