Finish Grade Operator / Construction Superintendent Penmac Staffing is seeking an experienced Finish Grade Operator / Construction Superintendent for a local construction company. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a skilled heavy equipment operator who can manage jobsite operations while leading a crew of up to five employees.

The right candidate will have extensive experience operating heavy equipment, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining project schedules and safety standards.

Requirements for the Finish Grade Operator / Construction Superintendent Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment

Proven experience operating a track hoe, dozer, and mini excavator

Previous crew leadership or superintendent experience preferred

Ability to manage and coordinate a crew of up to five employees

Strong knowledge of finish grading, excavation, and site preparation

Ability to read site plans and communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Valid driver's license required

Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings

Finish Grade Operator / Construction Superintendent Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including track hoes, dozers, and mini excavators

Perform finish grading and ensure site work meets project specifications

Supervise and direct daily activities of field crews

Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain project schedules

Monitor jobsite safety and ensure compliance with company policies

Conduct site inspections and address operational challenges as they arise

Communicate project progress with management and team members

Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs promptly

Pay and Benefits Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)
