MOI Global is a global creative agency that empowers B2B tech brands through smart, strategic, and visually compelling storytelling. As Art Director you will bring deep experience in both print and digital to lead high‑impact creative campaigns for global technology clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of creative concepts and visual strategy across integrated B2B campaigns, ensuring clarity, consistency, and storytelling impact.
  • Partner closely with strategy, content, and media teams to understand complex tech propositions and translate them into compelling, audience‑centric creative.
  • Champion creativity rooted in insight balancing brand narrative with technical precision across print and digital assets.
Creative Strategy & Vision Direction
  • Lead the development of creative concepts and visual strategy across integrated B2B campaigns, ensuring clarity, consistency, and storytelling impact.
  • Partner closely with strategy, content, and media teams to understand complex tech propositions and translate them into compelling, audience‑centric creative.
  • Champion creativity rooted in insight balancing brand narrative with technical precision across print and digital assets.
Print Design Expertise
  • Leverage deep experience in print design to lead development of high‑quality brochures, whitepapers, product datasheets, large‑format graphics, event branding, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Ensure excellence in print production managing layout, file preparation, and vendor to deliver polished, press‑ready materials.
  • Maintain a strong eye for typography, grid systems, colour management, and brand consistency across tactile experiences.
Digital Integration
  • Extend print‑led creative thinking into digital platforms, ensuring visual cohesion across display ads, landing pages, social media graphics, email campaigns, and interactive content.
  • Collaborate with UX, motion, and web teams to bring static designs to life in digital environments, optimising for usability and engagement.
Creative Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and inspire a team of designers and freelancers, setting the standard for creative excellence while nurturing individual growth.
  • Provide clear direction and constructive feedback across concepting, execution, and delivery stages.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with account managers, copywriters, media strategists, and developers to deliver integrated campaigns that perform.
Quality Control & Delivery
  • Oversee end‑to‑end creative production, ensuring all assets—print and digital—are brand‑aligned, technically accurate, and delivered on time.
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure quality control before final release, balancing speed and precision in deadline‑driven environments.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Work with the analytics and strategy teams to review creative effectiveness using data to refine future work and support campaign optimisation.
  • Stay ahead of trends in B2B tech, design, and martech platforms, bringing fresh, relevant perspectives to every brief.
What You’ll Bring
  • 6+ years of agency experience, ideally with exposure to B2B tech clients or complex service‑based industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in both print design and digital creative across campaign types.
  • Mastery of PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with motion, Figma, or web design tools a plus.
  • Deep understanding of layout, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy across formats.
  • Knowledge of print production processes, file setup, and vendor coordination.
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, tech personas, and marketing strategies preferred.
  • Solid grasp of event branding and collateral design, with awareness of how creative supports event experiences.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills able to guide teams and build relationships across departments.
  • Organised and self‑driven, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while upholding design quality.
