Summary ofJob Duties
- Provide theory and clinical instruction for PN students.
- Maintain regular, posted office hours.
- Collaborate and participate in college/nursing committee work, as well as ongoing nursing curriculum development.
- Maintain clinical competency and develop/maintain skills in teaching/learning methodologies, including distance education and web-enhanced courses.
- Travel to and from clinical sites within a 100-mile radius and periodic travel between DeWitt and Helena-West Helena campuses.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in nursing with two years of recent clinical experience required.
- Master's degree in nursing with teaching experience preferred.
- Active, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in Arkansas and demonstrated expertise in nursing practice.
Salary Information: Commensurate with education and experience.
