Staff Pastor Couple
Lead, direct, support and encourage 80+ summer staff through weekly 1‑on‑1 meetings. This is a position that both husband and wife fulfill together (husband meets with male summer staff and wife with female summer staff). Work with the Program Director in developing and running a time of worship each week for the staff. Provide spiritual leadership, help lead summer staff morning devotions, share in chapels, complete evaluations, and perform recreation and up‑front duties as needed.
Be available at all times to listen and respond appropriately to summer staff problems, questions, and needs.
Previous experience as a camp counselor desired.
Salary
: $650 per week ($325 each), plus room and board.
Dates
:
June 8 – August 29, 2026 (ending date negotiable).
