Responsibilities
  • demonstrating and promoting a genuine love of learning
  • teaching pupils assigned to your classes within the school and carrying out duties as required by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
  • ensuring that planning, preparation, recording, assessment, and reports meet the expectations of the school
  • promoting student wellbeing

Team Collaboration
  • implement current best practices in each of the subject areas
  • support positive school culture by engaging with colleagues to think, create and reflect

Personal Specifications
  • Qualified teacher with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • Hold a current Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure for all countries lived in
  • Compliance with visa requirements for working in the United States; you must have either a British or American passport or be authorised to work in the USA for any employer
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils, and a willingness to undertake appropriate child‑protection training when required
  • The ability to integrate technology into the classroom experience to enhance and extend the learning of students
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Good cross‑cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
  • Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success
  • Results oriented with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs
  • Excellent time‑management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi‑functional tasks
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of all aspects of primary education
  • Evidence of outstanding teaching
  • Evidence of active participation in professional development
  • Can demonstrate a commitment to developing all aspects of school life
