We’re looking for part‑time K‑12 tutors in Marianna, AR. A $150 travel bonus is available for candidates commuting from surrounding areas.

We offer an array of college access courses at no cost to our students or their families. We partner with schools, outreach programs, and other college and career access organizations to provide efficient and effective college and career access programming and classroom‑based test preparation.

• Subjects to be taught:
  Math and ELA
• Grades: K‑12th grade

  The position is physically located in Marianna, AR. Candidates commuting from surrounding areas (including Memphis, TN) are eligible for a $150 travel bonus.
• Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.
• Tutors will have access to information about class assignments.
• Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff.
• Partner with Study Smart Tutor’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students.

• MUST hold a completed 4‑year degree.
• Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired.
• In‑person availability is required.
• Scheduled hours:
  There are two available schedules:
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM CST
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST
• Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.

• Paid Onboarding/ Training / Preparation / Support: $22.00 an hour.
