The work to be performed under the provisions of these contract documents consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and installation required to furnishing labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to construct a restroom facility (including HVAC and plumbing systems), wood framed stage, and parking lot located in multiple locations within the City of Fairfield Bay. City forces will perform certain tasks associated with the construction and the general contractor will be responsible for coordinating with said staff.

All facilities proposed under this project shall be ADA compliant, including barrier free access to all improvements.

SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to Mayor Seth Connell, City of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, 130 Village Place, Fairfield Bay, AR 72088, will be received until 11:00 AM (Local Time) on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, for furnishing labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to construct various portions of planned restroom facilities, parking facility, and stage as indicated in the plans and specifications. Bids will be opened and read aloud at such a time at Fairfield Bay City Hall located at 130 Village Place, Fairfield Bay, Arkansas.
