• Manage accounts to meet budget objectives related to sales, orders, complaints, receivables, and expenses
• Collaborate with customer service, manufacturing, technology, and administrative support to achieve objectives
• Plan account call frequencies in coordination with sales management and regional team members
• Conduct service calls to customer mills for inspections and address unscheduled outages as needed
• Promote value-added products and technical services through data analysis and reporting

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• BS Degree in Engineering preferred or related paper industry experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in paper making preferred
• Ability to travel frequently, primarily by driving, with occasional hotel stays required

• Experience in a technical sales role within the paper industry
• Strong understanding of the paper making process and related technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
