We are currently seeking a Geotechnical Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Fayetteville, AR. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, and implementation of geotechnical projects. This position involves working closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure the stability and safety of various construction projects.

• Coordinate and manage drilling projects and oversee technicians; manage project logistics, visual classification, and log preparation.
• Coordinate and review laboratory testing.
• Complete accurate geotechnical exploration reports.
• Perform engineering calculations, including settlement, bearing capacity, lateral earth pressures, pavement section designs, slope stability, etc.
• Generate scopes and fees for new projects and prepare complete proposals and budgets.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET accredited university.
• P.E. or other professional licensure is preferred.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Enjoy working outdoors.
• NICET, ACI and/or other certifications desired.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving in complex engineering scenarios.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
