SalarySalary up to £80,000, with on‑target earnings of up to 30% of base salary in bonuses payable quarterly, with potential to earn up to 500% of base salary in bonuses.
OverviewOur client, a leading asset financier with over 50 successful placements since 2000, seeks an additional Relationship Manager to join their highly successful construction & recycling asset focused sales team.
Responsibilities- Identify and prospect new direct or dealer‑driven business, primarily in the SME & SMB space, across Surrey and surrounding area.
- Target new business representative of approximately £6m at current salary level.
- Build and self‑source own business pipeline, with support from management.
- Must live within the sales area.
- Preference for background in direct asset finance, especially financing construction and recycling assets – though any hard‑asset direct finance background is acceptable.
- Proven experience as a new‑business hunter, with the ability to cold‑call, canvass, and close deals.
- Able to operate profitably without relying on price competitiveness alone.
