Position: Deposit Operations Specialist I

• Process and manage daily deposit transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.
• Reconcile deposit accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with the implementation of new deposit products and services.
• Provide support for internal and external audits related to deposit operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

• High School diploma or GED
• Computer literacy with high proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of web-based technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Service-oriented skill set

• Previous Banking Experience
• College degree in related fields
• Working knowledge with ACH and CACHA rules and are familiar with federal banking regulations.

This is an on-site position with no work-from-home option. Regular hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.

-5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime required based on business needs.
