• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that help residents improve communication and quality of life.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary rehab and nursing teams.
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
• Educate residents, families, and staff to promote carryover and understanding of therapy goals.

• Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license (state of practice)
• CCCs preferred
• Skilled nursing experience a plus, but not required
