Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center (MJTC) is a 40‑bed, all‑boys program located on 236 acres at the foot of the stunning Poteau Mountains, offering breathtaking lakeview sunsets and fresh mountain air. We provide a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive and achieve their full potential.

We offer a comprehensive training program, and the role gives you a chance to make a real difference while working in a dynamic environment that encourages growth, learning, and positive change.

Pay: $58,000–$65,000 per year (negotiable based on experience).

What you will do:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students and their families within a juvenile justice setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to support emotional and behavioral needs.
• Offer specialized therapeutic interventions for students who have engaged in sexually harmful behaviors.
• Maintain trauma‑informed, developmentally appropriate care aligned with best clinical practices.

To be considered you should:

• Possess a Master’s Degree and active licensure in mental health in Arkansas (LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPE‑I, Ph.D., Psy.
  
  D.).
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug and physical/TB tests, and a child and adult abuse registry search.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and meet the requirements of an ROP‑eligible driver.
