Your Role as a Caregiver

As an In‑Home Caregiver, you will be essential in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities will vary depending on client needs and include:

• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Providing safe, reliable transportation to appointments or errands
• Offering companionship and engaging conversation
• Following a detailed plan of care tailored to each client
• Communicating effectively with families and our care team

What You Bring to the Role

We’re looking for dedicated individuals who are compassionate and dependable. Ideal qualifications include:

• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
• Previous home care experience (preferred but not required)
• Access to email and a mobile smart device
• Understanding of client confidentiality and ethical care standards

Compensation: $12.75 - $17.00 per hour

Home Helpers is a national franchise of home care agencies serving the elderly and those rehabilitating from a recent injury or illness. Each Home Helpers location is a little different because they are independently owned.
