Signet Health is hiring RNs and LPNs with behavioral health experience to join the inpatient Behavioral Health team at Chambers Hospital in Danville, AR.

Pay Rates

RN: $30–$35/hr + $3/hr night differentialLPN: $22–$27/hr + $2/hr night differentialPay based on experience | Sign-on bonus available

Schedule

• Full-time night shift

• 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

• Includes weekends & holidays

• Support patients’ physical and emotional needs

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

• Communicate patient status to leadership

• Support patients and families with empathy and professionalism

Requirements/Qualifications

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Active Arkansas or compact RN/LPN license

• BLS required (ACLS preferred)

• Inpatient psychiatric experience preferred

• Knowledge of mental health conditions; willingness to learn

• De-escalation training a plus (training provided)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Empathetic, resilient, and calm under pressure

• Reliable team player with a professional attitude
