Signet Health is hiring RNs and LPNs with behavioral health experience to join the inpatient Behavioral Health team at Chambers Hospital in Danville, AR.
Pay RatesRN: $30–$35/hr + $3/hr night differentialLPN: $22–$27/hr + $2/hr night differentialPay based on experience | Sign-on bonus available
ScheduleFull-time night shift
6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Includes weekends & holidays
Provide compassionate inpatient psychiatric nursing care
Support patients’ physical and emotional needs
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
Communicate patient status to leadership
Support patients and families with empathy and professionalism

Requirements/Qualifications
RequirementsGraduate of an accredited nursing program
Active Arkansas or compact RN/LPN license
BLS required (ACLS preferred)
Inpatient psychiatric experience preferred
Knowledge of mental health conditions; willingness to learn
De-escalation training a plus (training provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathetic, resilient, and calm under pressure
Reliable team player with a professional attitude
