Travel Labor & Delivery RN – Johnson, AR

Assignment: 8 weeks
Start Date: 2/9/26
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Every other weekend required; call shifts 2x per scheduled period
On Call: As noted above

• Minimum 2+ years L&D RN experience

• Active AR or multistate RN license

• ACLS, BLS, NRP required

• Postpartum experience preferred

• Provide comprehensive care during antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of Obstetrical care

• Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies

• Demonstrate critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership for safe patient care

• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education

• Delegate patient care appropriately and supervise assigned personnel delivering care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality maternal and neonatal outcomes
