• Current AR SLP license
• Valid Arkansas Teaching Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings is a plus

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
• Maintain clear, effective documentation and report student outcomes
• Offer guidance and training to staff and family members as needed
