Encompass Health seeks a caring Speech Pathologist to provide evidence-based communication and swallowing therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate adult patients, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one and group therapy.
Documentation of progress will be done using EMR systems, with collaboration across an interdisciplinary team to promote functional recovery and safe discharge planning.
