Associate Lead Product Designer

Overview

Join NAVEX as an Associate Lead Product Designer. You will combine user research and design to create enterprise SaaS software solutions focused on data visualization, dashboards, and reports.

• Conduct comprehensive mixed‑method user research, interview stakeholders, analyze surveys, and run moderated/unmoderated testing.
• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for SaaS enterprise software in Figma.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality product experiences.
• Contribute to and maintain NAVEX’s design system.

• 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products, with emphasis on data visualization, dashboards, and reports.
• Experience working in an enterprise software environment with agile engineering teams.
• Proven research expertise: user interviews, surveys, remote moderated testing, unmoderated testing, A/B testing, card sorts, tree tests.
• Expert proficiency in Figma for wire framing and rapid prototyping.
• Experience with research and testing platforms (User Interviews, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of information architecture principles.
• Experience with established design systems.
• Comfort presenting research insights and design rationale to senior leaders.
