Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking an Enlisted Senior Trainer to support our program at Fort Chaffee, AR.
About CSA:
For nearly 50 years, CSA has provided integrated technology and operational support services to meet complex defense and federal sector needs. We deploy experienced teams, innovative tools, and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Role Impact:
- Conduct doctrinal staff training on Army WfFs, educating command groups and staff on Mission command art and science, and support staff exercises as a trainer.
- Ensure training requests align with strategic plans and vision outlined by the unit commander.
- Track all approved events and inform the commander or staff of any changes or updates.
Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree, graduate of the Battle Staff NCO Course, and completed the Sergeants Major Academy.
- Previous Battalion level or higher echelon Sergeants Major experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Brigade or Division-level Sergeants Major and primary staff NCOIC experience.
