Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Travel: 30-40%

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with staff at all levels within the organization
• 5 years of property management experience, preferably in healthcare or similar industry preferred

Discover a rewarding career  are seeking a skilled, personable, and dedicated Property Manager to join the Arcare team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Property management, AVP of Corporate Real Estate, Maintenance Department, Housekeeping, Accounting, and Legal Department. The Property Manager will be connecting necessary parties, including themselves, to ensure that all Arcare properties are well maintained and up to code.

This will include being the main point of contact for all in-house and third-party tenants. The Property Manager will ensure all property-related issues are recorded in the property management platform in a timely manner.
