This position is for a 3rd Shift Die Cutting Operator at our facility in Charlotte, NC.
Your Role
- Operate BOBST machinery to expected performance levels.
- Perform set-ups, troubleshooting, and making minor machine adjustments.
- Follow PFD instructions to fulfill daily production requirements.
- Adhere to all plant safety guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Help meet or exceed quality and production waste goals
- Keep work area clean throughout shift
- All other duties as assigned by management.
Your Profile
Minimum Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of Die Cutting Operator experience
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience running Bobst Expertcut Die-Cutter Press preferred
- Compute rate, ratio, percent, and proportions.
- Prioritize tasks.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Basic mechanical skills (i.e. hand tools)
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of metric system
- Problem solving skills
