Onsite – Sheridan, AR
Competitive Compensation:
Starting at $32.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift and weekend shifts.
Shifts Needed:
- 2nd Shift Monday – Friday 2:30pm – 11:00pm

- Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues.
- Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machines.
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
- Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
- Install and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
- Basic repair and maintenance of physical structure of the facility.
- Set up and operate basic machine tools.
- Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
- Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures.
- Must be able to read and interpret simple hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, structural blueprints.
- Utilize SAP system for work order.
- Monitor the efficiencies of boiler system.

- Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
- Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Electrical license.
- Have two or more years of electronic/electrical experience and/or on-the-job training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Physical Capability:
Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 35 pounds or more. - Screening:
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check. - Reliability:
Consistent attendance and work performance. - Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety policies and procedures.

The hourly range for this position is $32.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
