What You’ll Do

As a Casting Operator, you’ll be part of the team that produces the high‑quality components that make our transformers reliable. You’ll set up and operate casting equipment, monitor quality, and help keep production running safely and smoothly. Additionally, you’ll:

• Operate and adjust casting equipment to meet production standards
• Inspect finished parts and ensure quality requirements are met
• Troubleshoot and make basic mechanical adjustments as needed
• Record production data and help maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, foundry, or casting environment is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong commitment to teamwork and safety

Work Environment

You’ll work in a hands‑on environment that can be noisy and hot at times, but where safety comes first. PPE (eye and hearing protection, gloves, safety toe footwear) is required.
