This position is for a Press Sheeter Operator at our facility in Charlotte, NC. The Press Sheeter Operator will operate on a 12 hour rotating schedule: 36 working hours one week, 48 working hours the next.

• Prepare for Operation by ordering stock from warehouse personnel to prepare for make ready operations.
• Responsible for setting up machine components to create products in line with customer specifications.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned equipment during shift.
• Perform Quality Checks by completing quality checklist(s) and other paperwork according to established standard operating procedures and perform quality checks of product throughout to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for operating Sheeter while observing and monitoring machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed.
• Responsible for complying with cGMP’s, SOP’s, Safety, and company policies.
• Perform Line Clearance by cleaning assigned area by removing all product from line, trash, boxes, and other supplies associated with a completed order.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in pharmaceutical folding/carton environment preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of working in a quality driven environment preferred.
• Previous experience using an ERP system preferred.

• Solid understanding of safety awareness, PS9000 Quality System, and the processing of high security product.
