The Maintenance Technician will be involved in all activities related to preventative maintenance, mechanics of setting up, installing, dismantling, assembling, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment used in the process of making corrugated sheets. The role ensures all equipment runs properly and meets operational and specification requirements. This is a full‑time position working 2nd shift (3 pm–11 pm) or 3rd shift (11 pm–7 am) based on business needs.

• Preventive maintenance on high‑speed corrugating machines, robotic assembly devices, conveyors, batch mixers, electrical distribution systems, and building automation systems.
• Electro‑mechanical industrial maintenance, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot and replace motors, sensors, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulic/pneumatic components.
• Calibrate machines; electrically and mechanically.
• Schedule required maintenance per established PM’s and routine work orders.
• Respond to emergency work orders within established parameters of timely response.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective communication with all levels of plant operations and facility management.
• Share knowledge and gain knowledge from the team.
• Read and interpret schematics (highly preferred).
• Compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, punctual, and organized.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Job‑related certifications a plus.
• Prior experience in the corrugated industry.
• 5+ years experience installing and troubleshooting electrical components and machinery in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and mechanical components.
• Related military training/experience.

• Working understanding of spoken English.
• Working understanding of written English.

• Use non‑metric measuring tape.
• Perform simple mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

• Stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery with hands.
• Reach vertically and horizontally with hands and arms.
• Climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly lift or move up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Visual abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, focus adjustment.
• OSHA required auditory abilities.

• Work space not climate controlled; temperature extremes 30 °F–110 °F.
• Frequent wet/humid conditions.
• Exposure to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; vibration.
• Consistently loud work environment.
