Key Responsibilities
- Manually trim and cut mats to meet required size and quality specifications.
- Use hand tools and trimming equipment to remove excess rubber and material from mats.
- Inspect finished mats for defects, uneven edges, and imperfections.
- Ensure mats are trimmed accurately and meet company quality standards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to company 5S/lean standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and production orders.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to e.g., 30 lbs as needed.
- Manufacturing/production environment with moderate noise levels
