On‑site, Employee, Part‑time, 40 total weekly hours.

• Provide daily psychiatric care in a 10‑bed voluntary inpatient mental health unit at Virtua Willingboro Hospital.
• Assist attending psychiatrists on additional inpatient psychiatric units at Virtua Willingboro as needed.
• Deliver psychiatric care as part of the inpatient psychiatric consult service.
• Partner closely with behavioral health consult coordinators (RNs or LCSWs) who support assessments, care planning, clinical documentation, nursing education, and coordination with nursing leadership.
• Contribute to graduate medical education, working with psychiatry and family medicine residents and medical students through the Rowan‑Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine.

• Outpatient mental health treatment embedded within 28 primary care offices, featuring psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and licensed clinical social workers.
• CASTLE pediatric behavioral health program, offering outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient therapy, partial hospitalization, and a therapeutic nursery for children ages 3–4.
• Advanced interventional psychiatry, including electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
• Substance use disorder treatment through our Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) program.
• Perinatal mood and anxiety disorder program.

The starting rate for this position is $94.00 per hour. The actual compensation package could vary based on experience, internal equity, and market data.
