Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, AR has an immediate opening for a full-time LPN within our Gravette Clinic.

Our facilities include a hospital located in Gravette, Arkansas and a number of satellite clinics located in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. Job Summary:

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician and clinic manager. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards.

Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. The most significant duties have been included in this description. This does not preclude the assignment of occasional additional and developmental duties. The Hospital/Clinic reserves the right to modify this job description as needed to accurately reflect duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in State of_______________________________.
  • Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross. Recertification required before expiration throughout employment.
  • Successful completion of Telemetry course preferred.
