You will be responsible for providing nursing care to our residents, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. • Provide exceptional patient care to our residents on weekends
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
