What You Will Do
  • Conduct routine line audits and inspect film, rolls, packaging, labels, and traceability information against current specifications, drawings, work instructions, and approved standards
  • Recognize and evaluate Marmaduke blown-film defects, including wrinkles, haze or poor clarity, gauge variation, edge hang, gels, incorrect width, inadequate cling, contamination, holes, blocking, telescoping, loose or uneven winding, damaged roll edges, and other appearance or functional defect
  • Perform required film-weight, gauge, width, cling, appearance, and roll-condition checks using approved methods and calibrated or verified equipment. Confirm results when a product is suspected to be out of specification

  • Prepare clear written and verbal summaries of audit findings, defect conditions, held inventory, investigations, corrective actions, and product status. Escalate contamination, foreign material, traceability, food‑safety, or customer‑risk concerns immediately
  • Accurately document inspection results and hold, quarantine, release, or disposition activity in the applicable quality and inventory systems so product status remains current and controlled
