Note:

Bonus program is available for eligible Restaurant General Managers, paid periodically based on restaurant performance.

• Control profitability by following cash control and security procedures, managing inventory levels, supervising labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees to achieve operational excellence and restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts on a regular schedule.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and delivers a friendly, high-quality guest experience.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as General Manager in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR).
• Managers must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects and stand/walk for extended periods; ability to operate restaurant equipment safely.

Restaurant General Manager compensation is commensurate with skill and experience and will be discussed during the hiring process. Expected starting compensation varies by state and location:

• Maryland: $53,000 – $58,000
• New York: $55,000 – $60,000
• New York City: $65,000 – $70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 – $58,000
