Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high quality, service, and cleanliness.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager at our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
