OverallJob Summary
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
- Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
- Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
- Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
- Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
- Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
- Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value. - Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
- Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

- Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise.
- Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
- Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often long distances.
- Adherence to safety guidelines is required.
- Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.
- Travel as needed.
- Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
- Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
- Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders regularly.
- Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
- Handle birds/poultry contact.
- Complete training successfully.
- Operate equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts (if 18+).
- Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical movements throughout the shift.
