Retail Scan Associate * (Marshall, AR 72650)

This is a permanent PART‑TIME role. Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps throughout the store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer.

• Perform in‑store data collection at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Use the Scan Scape mobile app to scan barcodes throughout each store.
• Estimate 2–3 hours of work per store, bi‑weekly, based on store size and project requirements.
• Provide quantity information for about 45% of the products scanned.
• Complete display scanning of the entire store each week, which can take several hours.
• Handle custom projects that occur almost every week, adding 30 minutes to 2 hours of work for these weeks.
• Report to the assigned store within the described deadline.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and maintain high quality and accurate data.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, and to access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline‑driven self‑starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech‑savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
