• The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to help select the best flooring products for their needs
• Use pre-qualified leads and the strength of the Empire brand to generate sales
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtually)
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Travel locally to perform in-home measurements and consultations

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
• Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation
• Attends sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
