Direct Sales Representative – Commercial Roofing

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (negotiable based on experience) + monthly commission + quarterly bonus. Vehicle and benefits included.

• You will proactively prospect a customer base including corporate owners, developers, roofing consultants, contractors, architects, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain a client base and grow relationships within the territory.
• Present at trade shows, conduct roof inspections, and present to architects.
• Accountability for results and impact on the company's strategic vision and market share.

• At least 2 years of experience selling to the target market.
• Experience in commercial roofing sales or an associated field such as coatings or roof fixings.
• Excellent hunter and consultative sales skills.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to embrace a “whatever it takes” mindset.
