About the Opportunity
England Logistics, a nationally recognized leader in third-party logistics (3PL), is seeking seasoned freight brokers to join our Authorized Freight Agent Program. If you have a proven track record in Full Truck Load (FTL), LTL, or Parcel brokerage, and a current book of business, this partnership is designed to help you scale your success.
What You’ll Do
- Operate as an independent contractor and freight agent under England Logistics
- Leverage our national carrier network to secure competitive rates and reliable service
- Manage and grow your book of business across multiple freight modes:
Dry Van, Flatbed, Reefer, Specialized, Parcel - Utilize England Logistics’ back-office support for credit checks, collections, claims, and legal services
- Access innovative tools including McLeod Software, DAT, Trucker Tools, and real-time load tracking.
- Collaborate with dedicated Agent Service Representatives and Business Development Coaches
- Participate in exclusive events like the annual Agent Conference to network and learn from industry leaders

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of freight brokerage experience
- Proven success managing a book of business
- Experience in Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and/or Parcel
- Strong negotiation skills and carrier relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and scale
- Comfortable working independently while leveraging team support
