The Spice & Tea Exchange of Northwest Arkansas is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome guests, share product knowledge, and process transactions on the selling floor. You will help stock, maintain displays, and keep the store inviting while delivering a memorable in-store experience.
Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn about spices, teas, and blends. Prior retail or service experience is a plus.
