Join Our Team as a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at The Pointe North Hills!
The Pointe North Hills, a luxury apartment community in North Little Rock, AR, is currently seeking a skilled Full-Time Maintenance Technician. If you are proficient in general maintenance work, including appliance/equipment repair, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry, we want to hear from you! Experience in HVAC and possession of an EPA certification are advantageous. The candidate must also be willing to participate in the on-call rotation schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on general maintenance work in appliance/equipment repair, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry.
- Demonstrate proficiency in HVAC; possession of an EPA certification is preferred.
- Participate in the on-call rotation schedule to support our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
- HVAC or EPA certification is preferred.
- Experience in pool operation and maintenance is advantageous.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, basic understanding of electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems.
- Availability to rotate in an on-call capacity related to our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee.
